    Zero tolerance toward financial corruption. Funds are used solely for the society’s stated objectives — no member may take personal profit or dividends.

    Accounts are audited annually by a registered Chartered Accountant for every financial year (1 April – 31 March).

    Bank account operated through joint signatures of the Secretary and the Treasurer.

  4. 04

    Executive Committee of 7 members with a 2-year term; AGM at least annually; Executive meetings at least monthly.

    All funds are dedicated to the society’s stated objectives — assets cannot be used for personal profit of any member.
